Fariborz Karimi, a political opponent of the Islamic Republic, has been living in exile for more than several decades. He was one of Shapour Bakhtiar’s companions and assistants for many years. Fariborz Karimi is the plaintiff of his father Ebrahim Karimi, his 17-year-old cousin Hossein Karimi Bakhtiari, and his uncle Manouchehr Karimi Bakhtiari, who were all executed by agents of the Khomeini regime after the failure of the Nojeh uprising.
We, the family members of the victims of the Islamic Regime of Iran, shoulder to shoulder with the people of this looted land, seek justice for our murdered family members. We must put an end to this cycle of impunity!
