I am a member of the families of the victims of the massacre of political prisoners in the sixties, who executed my brother Hebat Elah Moini Chagrond and my sister’s husband Kasri Akbari Kurdestani in the summer of 1967. In total, 12 of my close relatives were executed in the sixties. I am one of the witnesses of those who were buried in the massacre of political prisoners in the summer of 1967 in Khavaran, which I have fully explained in my testimony in the “Iran Tribunal” court.
I have always tried and worked in the way of litigation and reaching justice, either individually or in cooperation with other litigation groups (Kashtar 67 plaintiffs) and (Khavaran plaintiffs). I consider myself active in litigation and my whole goal is to reach the day when justice is implemented in our country, and the perpetrators of the killings of more than 4 decades in our country are tried and punished in a fair court.
My Victims:
My brother Hebat Elah Moini Chagrond was arrested in 1962 and in the massacre of political prisoners in the summer of 1967, after spending 5 years of torture and having a life sentence, he was executed and secretly buried in mass graves (Khavaran). We have no exact information about the execution method, burial place, and his will. He was 37 years old at the time of execution.
My brother Behrouz Moeini was identified by the uniformed forces of the regime on 14 August 1959 in an organizational mission on Ahvaz road and was killed in a fake accident. Behrouz was 26 years old at the time of his death.
Kasri Akbari Kurdistani, my sister’s husband, was arrested in 1962 and after 5 years of torture and with a 12-year sentence in the massacre of prisoners in the summer of 1967, he was executed and secretly buried in mass graves (Khavran). We do not have any detailed information about the execution method, burial place and his will. He was 33 years old at the time of execution.
Masoud Ansari, my sister’s husband, was arrested in 1963 and was shot in Evin prison on 14 May 1366 and buried secretly in Khavaran. He was 30 years old at the time of execution.
Other relatives of my deceased in the sixties are Fereydoun Azami, Tawakkel Asadian, Jamshid Sepahund, Hamid Reza Nasiri, Abdul Reza Nasiri, Parveen Moini, Nurala Asadian, Siamak Asadian, Reza Zarashkei.
